Boy, oh boy, do I have a lot of interesting data to share these days. Although COVID has driven a lot of it, I've finally been able to dig into some things that have been bugging me forever with the help of my team. Finally, I think we'll have both -...
MASSIVE UPDATE, please go here instead. Over the years, I've produced a number of talks relating to pediatric compensation models leveraging a series of surveys PCC has done over the years. Although certain attitudes and favor have evolved over time,...
For a few months, Paul Vanchiere has been teasing our community about a Certified Pediatric Office Executive Program he's been putting together. I've had the privilege of being able to look behind the curtain and it's pretty exciting.
A little over a month ago, I shared a blog about "Why and How Pediatric Practices Should Launch a Recall Initiative Today" that picked up a lot of traffic. The premise was two-fold. First, the trigger for the piece was obviously related to COVID and ...

Yes, Paul and I will be back on Thursday - I'm working on some interesting data analysis now. We also have some interesting and insightful guests (Verden and PedsOne), so tune in.
Tonight will be the first time in more than two months that I haven't gotten together with more than 1000 of my closest friends to help produce the latest COVID webinar with Paul Vanchiere. I have to admit that I was really used to that weekly patter...
I had a great time speaking to Drs. Bravo and Rogu on their growing podcast, The Pediatric Lounge, to discuss the state of independent pediatricians and the use of data in a pediatric practice. They are cranking out episodes (which is a good thing) and anyone who supports independent pediatricians should tune in to their effort. What they are doing takes a tremendous amount of work and their guest list is amazing (well, besides me). They turned our conversation into back-to-back episodes (32 and 33), "Independent Pediatric Practice 2022" and "Data Data Data and Managing a Pediatric Office." If you prefer video, you catch up on their YouTube channel.
