It's been tough getting to the blog the last week or so. I've been busy getting ready for our Pediatric Practice Management Conference in August (why aren't you signed up?!) and will announce later this week a new AAP-endorsed event in Columbus, OH o...
Well, I had no choice. V2.0 is up here (OpenOffice version), here (M$ Word), and here (PDF version). Thanks to those who helped, including a few who wrote me off line and Q, who helped edit the new version.
I almost forgot about this, but Igor mentioned that a client asked for it, so here we are.I got the original idea from a couple sources, including the GA AAP and Island Coast Pediatrics a long time ago and posted their samples on PCC. The concept is ...
I have been a little remiss in my blog duties lately - "work" intervenes. As I type, I am attending a class on dashboard design with Igor. We've been fascinated by what we have learned during our development of our PCC dashboards - if you want to che...

I had a great time speaking to Drs. Bravo and Rogu on their growing podcast, The Pediatric Lounge, to discuss the state of independent pediatricians and the use of data in a pediatric practice. They are cranking out episodes (which is a good thing) and anyone who supports independent pediatricians should tune in to their effort. What they are doing takes a tremendous amount of work and their guest list is amazing (well, besides me). They turned our conversation into back-to-back episodes (32 and 33), "Independent Pediatric Practice 2022" and "Data Data Data and Managing a Pediatric Office." If you prefer video, you catch up on their YouTube channel.
