COCIT - the Council on Clinical Information Technology (COCIT) at the AAP - is finally getting its act together, imo. I don't think I'm surprising anyone to say that the group has suffered over the years from being stagnant and often irrelevant...but...
I did, indeed, have a request for a different analysis of the ICD9 data I posted yesterday. My thought was to group all of the ICD9s by their major groupings to get a more complete sense of the primary drivers of pediatric visits. My results below.

I've had a busy summer and just wrapped up my time at the Florida AAP chapter's "Future of Pediatrics" annual event. Thank you to those who stopped by to say hello!
