[Today's installment was ghost written by the obvious author.]

Q was alerted by the folks who publish the [Pediatric Coder's Pink Sheet](http://www.pediatric-decisions.com) about the [AAP](http://www.aap.org)'s recent collaboration with [American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry](http://aacap.org/).  They've published a position paper calling for the "removal of financial barriers to children's mental health services." The paper addresses the "Insufficient payment by insurance purchasers, payers, and behavioral health organizations (that) impedes (primary care providers') ability to provide comprehensive treatment."  How's that for an [appeal letter attachment](https://chipsblog.pcc.com/hubfs/access_collaboration_03_09.pdf)?
