# Ep #88: Strategies Needed to Thrive in Private Practice with Chip Hart

A few weeks ago, I had the distinct pleasure of being invited back to the [EntreMD](https://entremd.com/) [podcast with Dr. Una](https://entremd.com/category/podcast/).  Apparently, our [last podcast](https://www.buzzsprout.com/708843/2539039-the-business-of-private-practice-with-chip-hart) was her most popular podcast in all of 2020!

The theme of the discussion is captured right there in the title - what strategies are needed for independent practices to thrive in 2021?  I tried my best not to be a maniac, but Dr. Una really is both inspiring and incredibly effective at knowing exactly what questions will trigger me. 

I really **do** believe that independent pediatricians are **crucial** to the health of not only our children, but to the health our entire economy and society.  You work is **important**.
