# PMI 2026 - More Seats Available

December 5, 2025

[coding](https://chipsblog.pcc.com/tag/coding), [practice management](https://chipsblog.pcc.com/tag/practice-management), [aap](https://chipsblog.pcc.com/tag/aap), [podcast](https://chipsblog.pcc.com/tag/podcast), [webinar](https://chipsblog.pcc.com/tag/webinar)

I have a lot to share, suddenly.  Details about The Great Downcoding (AETNA!), the 2026 RVU values, oh - and my new podcast.  But this news is more timely.

I just heard from Paul Vanchiere that he reconfigured the space at [PMI for February](https://pediatricsupport.com/pmi-pediatric-practice-management-conference) and he found room for another ~50 seats to his sold out event in New Orleans.  You can see the details [here](https://pediatricsupport.com/pmi-pediatric-practice-management-conference).  If you weren't able to get in a few weeks ago, you can now if you hurry.

He might kill me for sharing, but look at this preliminary lineup of about half of the session titles:

- Key Performance Indicators For Your Practice
- How Do You Know You Are Collecting What You Should?
- Tools, Procedures, & Intelligence For Effective RCM
- Intentional Leadership for Growth and Change Thursday
- The Art & Science of Persuasion: Mastering Negotiation Through Influence
- Activism Into Action
- Succession Planning 101
- Leveraging AI To Enhance Your Marketing
- Legal Issues In Pediatrics
- Tips to Keep Your Employees Happy and Your Practice Lawsuit Free
- Effective Communication Drives Quality Care

Speakers include names you should recognize, like...Kressly, Diasio, Schafer, Chung, Del Monte, Berman, Brennan, Betancourt, Hackell, Lessin.

If you've never been, this is your chance to go while it is in New Orleans.  If you've been but couldn't get in recently, now you can if you hurry.
