# My Favorite New E-Mail

April 28, 2008

[practice management](https://chipsblog.pcc.com/tag/practice-management)

This excerpt from a message from a PCC client made my day:

> I am on vacation til Thursday, and I am trying really hard not to log onto PCC...it is addicting and fun to see how much better we are doing.

It's messages like this that make it all worthwhile.
