I was speaking to Bob Chalmers, the ED at Physician's Alliance, when the issue of managing, monitoring, credentialing, and generally working with MAs came up.  "Oh, I have just the stuff for you," he said.

And he does.  "Can I blog it?" I asked.  "Sure thing."

The blog began as a place to store the stories and content that I often need to find later and this is a perfect example.  About once a year I run into questions that are addressed here.
