If you haven't noticed...there's a quick facelift to the site.  It was inspired, largely, but my new poll feature.  Look over there on the right.  Help the pediatric world and answer the question.

If possible, I am going to post an awesome analysis of a concierge program later today.  It might be Monday.  Hold on to your hats.
