A new burn-specific, patient-reported outcome metric for teenagers 12-19 years old with burn injuries is being developed. We have conducted teen, parent, and clinician focus groups to identify important outcomes in the assessment of teenagers’ burn recovery. Based on the resulting themes, a preliminary set of questions has been generated.
We are now recruiting teenagers to test these potential questions. Help develop a new burn outcomes questionnaire by answering the survey online, via mail, or via phone interview.
