Does anyone here ever use the AAP's Buyer's Guide?

I ask because every year, just before the NCE, the AAP unleashes its telemarketers - who somehow have my personal phone number - to see if we want to spend money to "upgrade our profile."  This year, they have a new feature: vendor reviews.  In theory, I can review different vendors or our clients can write a review about us.  Important stuff, I am sure - except that I can't find any vendor I know with any reviews!

I don't know what to think, so I ask: do any of you out there ever use this resource?
